Status Update

Current Status (updated 4/7/25)

Went out for my usual weekend 10 mile run and decided to add a few extra miles to complete a half marathon. I hadn’t planned to do a longer run. But the weather was nice, the body felt good, there were no issues with having to take restroom breaks, so I just kept going. I was in the 17th hour of my intermittent fasting for that day, but the energy levels were high and never dropped. I wasn’t even that hungry when I got home. IDK. Once the body has adapted to run on an alternate fuel source other than glycogen, there is never a dearth of energy.
